Community - As part of an ongoing commitment to the local community, especially to those who are less fortunate, Shinta Mani operates an Institute of Hospitality. The Institute provides free hospitality industry training for young Cambodians at risk. It is funded by the hotel and private individuals. The majority of staff are drawn from the local community and are given top quality training in English language and their specific job area.
By operating excursions, the hotel offers guests the opportunity to meet the people of rural Cambodia, participate in the local community and provide much needed assistance. The hotel also has close relationships with local orphanages and sewing centers, which also benefit from charitable gestures from guests.

The menu is a contemporary take on Asian and International styles, utilizing local organic ingredients and quality imported products.

Superior rooms are 38 meters squared. They are simple yet elegant, have 2 queen-size beds or a king-size bed and are conveniently located by the pool or around the lobby and library area.
The Superior Poolside rooms with Living rooms include a small sitting room.
Deluxe rooms are 42 meters squared. They are stylishly designed with a king-size bed and located by the pool and Spa area. Rain shower and large bathtub featuring a sliding window on to the bedroom complement the intimate and romantic experience.
Prices & Booking Policies
Currency: US dollar ($)
Prices and inclusions: Prices for the superior rooms range from US$93.50 - US$104.50 (approx £47-52) per room per night with 1 or 2 people. For the superior room with living room there is an additional supplement of US$11 (approx £6) per room per night.
For the Deluxe rooms prices range from US$121-132 (approx £60-66) per room per night with 1 or 2 people.
Prices include breakfast and government taxes of 12%. For stays over Christmas or New Year there is a compulsory dinner priced as follows:-
24 December US$44 (approx £22) (excluding tax) per Adult
31 December US$55 (approx £28) (excluding tax) per Adult
Child prices: Children aged 0-3 years old go free. Children aged 4-12 years old pay US$19.25 (approx £10) per night in addition to the above room prices.
For stays over Christmas or New Year there is a compulsory dinner priced as follows:-
24 December US$33 (approx £17) (excluding tax) per child
31 December US$38.50 (approx £19) (excluding tax) per child
Extra adult prices: A third adult in any of the rooms will pay US$38.50 (approx £19) per night.
Special offers: 3 nights stays completed by 31/10/08 will receive a free 30 minute facial massage. Stays of 4 nights or completed by 31/10/08 will receive a free 30 minute facial massage and a dinner (max 2 persons/room).
Check-in / Check-out times: Check-in after 14.00. Checkout time is 12.00 hours. Rooms used from 12.00 hours to 18.00 hours on the day of departure will be charged at 50%. Rooms occupied beyond 18.00 hours will be charged a full night, unless otherwise specifically agreed upon in writing by the Hotel.
Opening dates: The Shinta Mani Hotel is open all year round. Bookings are currently being taken until 31st October 2008.
Restrictions: There are no minimum night restrictions.
Deposit: There is no deposit payable on booking. Your credit card details are sufficient to secure your booking.
Cancellation policy: A late cancellation fee of one night’s room rate will be charged for any room cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date. This fee will be taken from your credit card using the details you provide during booking.
Payment methods: Credit Cards will only be debited at check-out and in the case of late cancellation or "no-show".
