EcoHotel La Correa is an oasis of peace and tranquility in the heart of a native vegetation estate situated in Altavista de Arona (South of Tenerife). The estate is 11000 square metres and situated in an area suitable for hillwalking and paragliding, yet only 15 minutes away from warm beaches and golf courses.

Eco Policies
Eco-design - La Correa is a 200 year old house which was converted into an Eco Hotel 4 years ago. The building has been restored in keeping with the traditional architecture of a Canarian-style country house.
The garden has been designed with the typical vegetation and almond trees of the area.
Energy – The Eco Hotel uses ow energy light bulbs to conserve energy.
Ecological sustainability – Biodegradable cleaning products are used to avoid harm to the environment. Recycled paper is used and waste produced by the hotel is separated and recycled.
The fruit, vegetables and cereals served in the hotel are organic, and natural fruit juices and shakes, vegetable drinks, Soya, wild oats, almonds and rice milk, yoghurt and cheese come from the Bio Farm. Almonds from the trees in the gardens are used in the canarian pastries and deserts produced by the hotel.
Community - Organic products for the hotel’s breakfast service are bought from local providers and organic farms.

Things To See And Do
Mountain biking and walking excursions can be arranged through the hotel. For example, you could mountain bike to Las Canadas, Volcan Negro or Vilaflor, or you could go walking to the Chasm of Masca, Conde or Teno-Mountains.
There are also a number of golf courses near the hotel – Golf del Sur, Golf las Americas, Amarilla Golf and Golf Costa Adeje – and green fees can be reserved from the hotel.
Room Description
This Eco Hotel offers 6 double rooms, each of which is decorated in a rustic manner.
Every room has a beautiful view of the sea and has its own bathroom, mini-bar, Satellite TV, terrace and garden furniture.
The hotel also offers 4 suites which have a sitting room and Satellite TV. In the building where the suites are situated there is also a fully equipped kitchen for common use.
Prices & Booking Policies
Currency: Euro (€)
Prices and inclusions: Prices for 2 people sharing a double room range from €65-€95 (approx £44-64) per night, depending on the time of year.
Prices for a single room range from €54-€65 (approx £37-44) per night.
A night for 2 people in one of the Suites will cost from €95- €125 (approx £64-85).
All prices include breakfast and taxes.
Child prices: Children under the age of 2 can stay at the hotel for free. Children aged 2-12 pay €14 (approx £10) per night.
Extra adult prices: A third person can stay in a double room for an additional cost of €18 (approx £12) per night.
Check-in / Check-out times: Official check in and check out times are 12.00. However, on request the hotel is flexible with late check out and late arrival.
Special offers: For stays completed between 1st May and 31st May 2008, stay for 7 nights and only pay for 6! Also, EXCLUSIVE TO ECOBOOKERS, guests staying for 1 week or more and completing their stay during May 2008 will receive 1 complimentary Shiatsu Zen massage per person!
Opening dates: EcoHotel La Correa is open all year round. Bookings are currently being taken until 6th January 2009.
Restrictions: Over Christmas and Easter Week only bookings of a minimum of 7 nights are accepted.
Deposit: There is no deposit payable at time of booking.
Cancellation policy: If you cancel your booking 14 or more days in advance or arrival, 25% of the total booking price will be taken from your credit card. For cancellations 7-14 days in advance, 50% of the total booking price will be taken. If you cancel 4-6 days in advance, 75% of the total booking price will be charged to your card. For cancellations 3 days or less prior to arrival, the full booking fee will be charge.
Payment methods: Your accommodation bill is payable on arrival in cash or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard - American Express and Diners not accepted).
Getting There And Around
There are many flights available to Tenerife’s Sur Reina Sofia airport.
From the airport you can take a taxi to the hotel.
If you are hiring a car, from the airport take the motorway to Tenerife South in the direction of Los Cristianos / Playa de la las Americas. Take the exit for Los Cristianos / Arona and drive in the direction of Arona until you reach the village. Follow the road until you reach the town hall square and from there go up the street that goes straight on, with the post office on your left. After aobut 1 km you will see the sign “ Casa Rural,” continue for another 200m and on the right you will see Ecohotel la Correa (sign-posted “HOTEL RURAL”).
